  1. ABOUT ASHWORTHYCREATIONS

AshworthyCreations specializes in custom and personalized products including, but not limited to:

• Laser engraved products
• Engraved tumblers
• Hand painted hats
• Customized keychains
• Personalized cutting boards
• Metal engraved products
• Handmade and made-to-order products
• Pre-designed and custom products

  1. CUSTOM ORDERS

Because many of our products are custom made, personalized, engraved, hand painted, or created specifically for each customer:

• Customers are responsible for verifying all names, dates, spelling, wording, colors, sizes, and customization details before completing their purchase.

• Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

• Mockups, proofs, or design approvals (when provided) must be reviewed carefully by the customer prior to approval.

• AshworthyCreations is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect information, or approval mistakes.

• Slight variations between mockups, digital images, and finished products may occur.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

  1. PRODUCTION TIMES

Production times vary depending on customization requirements, seasonal demand, product complexity, and order volume.

Estimated production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

AshworthyCreations is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather events
• Supply shortages
• Equipment failures
• High order volume
• Circumstances outside our control

  1. SHIPPING POLICY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

AshworthyCreations is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information
• Shipping carrier delays
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance of the package.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom, personalized, engraved, hand painted, or made-to-order products are FINAL SALE.

These products are not eligible for:

• Returns
• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Cancellations after production begins

NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

Pre-designed or non-custom items may be eligible for returns within 5 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Include photographs of the product and packaging
• Claims submitted outside this period may be denied

Approved claims may result in:

• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Refund at our discretion

Many AshworthyCreations products are handmade, engraved, painted, or crafted individually.

Customers acknowledge that slight variations may occur, including but not limited to:

• Wood grain differences
• Engraving depth variations
• Paint texture variations
• Handmade imperfections
• Color differences
• Placement differences
• Material variations

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

  1. COLOR DISCLAIMER

Actual product colors may vary from what appears on screens due to:

• Device display settings
• Lighting conditions
• Photography differences
• Printing variations

AshworthyCreations does not guarantee exact color matching.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content created by AshworthyCreations including:

• Logos
• Product photos
• Designs
• Artwork
• Mockups
• Product listings
• Website content
• Graphics

remain the exclusive property of AshworthyCreations.

No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, redistributed, modified, or used without written permission.

  1. CUSTOMER PROVIDED CONTENT

By submitting images, logos, artwork, text, or designs to AshworthyCreations, customers confirm they have permission or ownership rights to use that content.

Customers agree not to submit copyrighted, trademarked, illegal, offensive, or unauthorized material.

Customers assume full responsibility for content they provide.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AshworthyCreations shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Delayed deliveries
• Product misuse
• Customer errors in customization

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected order.

  1. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

Customers assume responsibility for proper use of all products.

AshworthyCreations shall not be responsible for damage, injury, misuse, improper care, or accidents resulting from product use.

  1. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact AshworthyCreations first to resolve order concerns before filing payment disputes or chargebacks.

Submitting fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in:

• Order cancellation
• Refusal of future service
• Collection actions where permitted by law

  1. PRIVACY

Personal information submitted through this website will only be used for:
